Receptionist (Japanese Preferred)

💰 Pay rate: $25–$30 per hour (TFN basis)

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team. Japanese applicants are highly preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage bookings (online & phone).
• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Explain and recommend our spa and massage services.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and prepare rooms for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and waiting area.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (speaking and understanding).
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage.
• Computer literacy (basic booking or POS systems).
• Reliable, honest, and flexible with working hours.
• Can start immediately.
